Three layers of your favorite flavor cake between a lighter, airer filling (your choice of chocolate mousse or vanilla mascarpone), finished with an Italian meringue buttercream (chocolate with the chocolate mousse filling and vanilla with the vanilla mascarpone). No dense cakes here! 

The classic style is finished with a smooth buttercream and rosettes on top.
